Visa and official invitation
All foreign participants and accompanying persons will require a visa. The official letters of invitation will be sent to all participants after confirmation of participation.
Travel
The International Scientific Conference “Scientific Heritage of Sergey A. Chaplygin: nonholonomic mechanics, vortex structures and hydrodynamics” is devoted to the 150th birthday of the famous Russian scientist and will be held from June 2 through June 6, 2019, in Cheboksary, the capital of the Chuvash Republic, which is a green and quiet city situated in the center of the European part of Russia, at the bank of the great Russian river Volga.
You can get to Cheboksary by airplane, train or by bus. The most preferable transit routes are through Moscow and Kazan. Every day there are 2 flights from Moscow to Cheboksary. Also, a transfer from Kazan can be organized at your request (the distance between Kazan and Cheboksary is 160 km).

Accommodation
The organizing committee suggests accommodation in the health care center of the Chuvash State University on favorable terms, which is only a 10 minutes' walk from the main building where the talks will be given.
